WHAT TO EXPECT
We make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Help us honor this policy for all guests by arriving at least five minutes before your service is scheduled to begin. If you are late, we will end your service on time to allow other guests their full appointment and service. If you have to cancel your appointment, please notify us by telephone a minimum of 24-hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for late-cancel and no-show appointments.
Your privacy will be always respected, and you will be properly covered during all spa services.
We strive to provide an experience that meets or exceeds expectations. Please inform your service professional if you have questions, concerns or if it’s your first time receiving a treatment. To get the most out of your service, please share health considerations, injuries, soreness or tension with your service professional.
To provide the most nurturing and relaxing environment for our guests, we ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone during your visit. Additionally, while we offer salon services for children of all ages, please limit your child’s visit to their appointed times only.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment for services is expected on the date the service is provided. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. No cash or checks please.
