CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us by telephone at 608.827.7979 at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for late-cancel and no-show appointments. Appointment cancellations are not accepted via email or text.
FEES FOR NO-SHOW OR LATE-CANCELLATION APPOINTMENTS:
- No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full amount of the reserved service if we are unable to fill the appointment time.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be canceled within 4 hours of the appointment or will result in a charge for the full amount of the reserved service if we are unable to fill the appointment time.
