CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you must cancel your salon appointment, please notify us by telephone at 608.827.7979 at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for late-cancel and no-show appointments. Appointment cancellations are not accepted via email or text.
FEES FOR NO-SHOW OR LATE-CANCELLATION APPOINTMENTS:
- No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full amount of the reserved service if we are unable to fill the appointment time.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be canceled within 4 hours of the appointment or will result in a charge for the full amount of the reserved service if we are unable to fill the appointment time.
